In response to the on-going health concerns related to COVID-19 and social distancing recommendations from the state and federal governments, Carver County has closed all its facilities to public meetings. The LMRWD regular meeting space is not available. Therefore, the July 15, 2020 meeting of the Board of Managers of the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District will be held virtually. The public is invited to attend on-line or by telephone.
The Lower Minnesota River Watershed District Board of Managers meeting starts at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held on WebEx by Cisco. For instructions on how to participate please contact District Administrator, Linda Loomis by email at naiadconsulting@gmail.com or by phone at 763-545-4659.
Most meeting materials are available in one document: FULL PACKET. The FULL PACKET does not include the invoices presented for payment or the "information only" portion at the end of the agenda. The meeting minutes from May will be posted when they are complete. In addition, the May financial report is not available and will be posted when it is complete. Citizens may address the Board of Managers about any item not contained on the regular agenda. A maximum of 15 minutes is allowed for the Forum. If the full 15 minutes are not needed for the Forum, the Board will continue with the agenda. The Board will take no official action on items discussed at the Forum, with the exception of referral to staff or a Board Committee for a recommendation to be brought back to the Board for discussion or action at a future meeting.
