About the Plan The Lower Minnesota River Watershed District's Watershed Management Plan describes how the LMRWD will address water resources management over the next 10 years. The Plan includes management standards and procedures for addressing surface water, wetland, and groundwater issues, as well as navigation issues along the Minnesota River.
