On February 19, 2020, the LMRWD Board of Managers adopted rules to govern soil erosion and sediment control, floodplain and drainage alteration, stormwater management, and development on steep slopes within the boundaries of the District. These new rules came into effect on May 1, 2020 and were adopted to protect the public’s health and welfare as well as the natural resources of the District. They are enforceable under Minnesota Statute.
