The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is an important function of the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District (LMRWD). This engaged group of volunteer citizens meets monthly and provides recommended actions to the Board of Managers to protect, improve, and maintain water resources throughout the District. Work with like-minded community members to help educate the public, while you learn more yourself through great events and training.
