The Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is a volunteer advisory group that supports the watershed district in its mission to manage, restore, and protect the Minnesota River, lakes streams, wetlands and groundwater and to assist in providing river navigation.

Beginning July 21, 2021, the Board of Managers of the Lower Minnesota River Watershed District will returning to meeting in person. Currently, there are no plans to provide virtual access to meetings.
